I am Shay Osborne, PT, DPT, and have over 22 years of experience in all avenues of physical therapy. I am certified in dry needling and specialize in orthopedics and pain management. I can help with TMJ, and migraines and provide vestibular treatments to decrease your dizziness and balance issues.

I obtained my Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Langston University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. I have been a physical therapist for over 22 years and I am excited to share my wealth of knowledge and experience with you. I have experience in all avenues of physical therapy and am certified as a Master of Dry Needling. My goal is to provide you with the one-on-one treatment you deserve to provide you a vast array of tools to get you out of pain and back on track to the life you want to live.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, camping, hiking, and serving at church.

Dry Needling
It is a "dry" needle, without medication, placed into a muscle. Dry needling has been shown to increase the pain threshold and range of motion, decrease muscle tone, and decreased pain in patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
