I am Shay Osborne, PT, DPT, and have over 22 years of experience in all avenues of physical therapy. I am certified in dry needling and specialize in orthopedics and pain management. I can help with TMJ, and migraines and provide vestibular treatments to decrease your dizziness and balance issues.

Glory Wellness provides cash-based services to cut out the middleman by not billing insurance. This allows for more one-on-one care and allows me to provide full-price transparency and effectively treat patients by their goals and medical needs.
Our Services
Physical Therapy Evaluation $120
One-on-one, session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Evaluation is comprehensive and needed to establish medical history, complete an examination of the body and establish goals and plan of care. Evaluation includes a customized home exercise program (HEP) and time-allowing initial treatment.
*In-Home Evaluations will require additional Travel Fees based on location of services rendered based on distance from office.
Dry Needling $60-$80
Dry needling involves a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues.
Physical therapists use dry needling with the goal of releasing or inactivating trigger points to relieve pain or improve range of motion. Dry needling aides in pain control, reduces muscle tension, increasing blood flow to the area. This can help speed up the patient's return to active rehabilitation and recovery.
Orthopedic, Neurological, TMJ, and Vestibular Rehab (prices vary)
Orthopedic rehab focuses on movement disorders whether it be from injuries to surgical recovery. Neurological rehab focuses on diseases or injuries of the neurological system such as stroke, fibromyalgia, herniated discs, or sciatica. Vestibular rehab focuses on helping improve symptoms related to many vestibular (inner ear/balance) disorders. Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatment focuses on manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise to decrease pain and dysfunction of the jaw.
